Tânisi, Im Bailey

Live Blood Analysis, Certified in Holistic Nutrition, Birth Doula, Usui Reiki Master & More

Tânisi, I am a proud Métis mother, life giver, woman, sister, daughter, friend, and so much more. I grew up on a farm outside of Camrose, where I was exposed to the real workings of farm and food life from a very young age. With our hands and feet always in the dirt, we planted and grew our own vegetables, fruits—and for some reason, an endless supply of potatoes. We cared for every kind of animal under the sun. As I grew older, our farm life shifted to a more relaxed rhythm. The animals left, but the potato crops stayed

(and still make me smile).

When I was 12, my mother began exploring natural and alternative health, and I followed along as best I could. Of course, growing up also meant finding my own path and learning my own lessons. I struggled with painful periods and reproductive challenges, never realizing that reproduction is often the first thing our bodies shut down when we aren’t in a state of health. At 18, I was diagnosed with PCOS and told I would never have children. Like so many young women, I had never been taught to truly understand my body or my cycle.

That diagnosis became a turning point. In my early 20s, I dove headfirst into learning about women’s health—nutrition, energy work, sexual wellness, and reproduction. In August 2017, I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, where I especially loved exploring the mind-body connection and the incredible power of the mind to heal. I put everything I had learned into practice on my own body, and after years of dedication, I conceived my first child—something I had been told would never be possible.

I knew my birth would be on my terms, in the safety of my home, surrounded by trust and natural wisdom. With the help of breathwork, natural remedies, and deep body-mind awareness, I birthed my beautiful baby in just seven minutes. That experience forever changed the course of my life.

In the years since, I have continued my path of learning and sharing. I have studied Tantra, become a Usui Reiki Master, Birth Doula, Live and Dry Cell Analyst, and currently starting my studies in a beautiful Indigenous based birth  program.  Being a woman empowerment leader means I love helping women feel good in their bodies, guiding them as whole, sovereign beings. My work weaves together my western education with the ancient wisdom of Métis and Indigenous healing modalities.

I hold a deep connection to the land, sound, food, herbs, plants, and animals. I believe Mother Nature is our greatest teacher—she is where we come from and where we return. She is the Original Mother, and when we listen to her, we remember who we are.

With love,
Bailey
